One Roof: Assess First, Then Coach.

Every player who works with Cricket Specific starts in the same place — an assessment. Not a sales pitch disguised as a session, an actual diagnostic. Once we know exactly where a player stands, we recommend the right programme.

1 · Assessments

Where every player starts.

Before we coach anyone, we assess them. This isn't a formality — it's the foundation everything else is built on, for both private clients and school partners.

Flagship

Match-Day Baseline

A structured diagnostic that measures a player against real match-day demands, not just net-session performance. Parents get a clear picture of where their child stands right now. Heads of Cricket get an objective baseline for squad planning.

Every assessment ends the same way: a clear, written recommendation for what comes next.

2 · Programmes

Where the coaching happens.

Once we know where a player stands, they move into the programme that fits — built by Cricket Specific, delivered by our full team of trained coaches, so the standard never depends on which coach is in front of the player.

Private Clients

Private Coaching (U8–U19)

One-on-one sessions built around each player's assessment results — targeting fundamentals, not just drilling basics, with progress tracked and reported back to parents on an ongoing basis.

The Thread That Connects Both

Assessment tells us where a player is. Programmes tell us how we get them further — and everything is reported back, in writing, to the person who needs to see it: a parent, or a Head of Cricket.

Every player's journey begins the same way.

With an assessment.
